     since i have done the recent update for the operating system i cant load any car. i get a message saying the" diag system is initialized  and may take several minutes. keep network flow" the scanner has been sitting connected to the car with vci connected and still have wifi network.  Need scan tool to work!! cant make money and fix cars without it! HELP!!!

    Hi, I have the same problem but I solved doing this: enter in data manager then click i
    in apps uninstall then delete the eobd program return to the update and search for rhe
    new updates install the eobd program and its all the cars will return , I hope this solve
    your problem, sorry for my english I don't do it very well

    For all your information, after update the new system, when you get into Diagnostic, you will get this message "diag system is initialized  and may take several minutes. keep network flow", which will keep for several minus, please keep your device to connect internet for a while.
